First of all Galatians 3 vs 17 was comparing God's promise to Abraham which came before the law. 2) the place pastor Arome quoted in mathew clearly says that tithe is a matter of the law.3 even Abraham was blessed before he gave the thite..4 the fact that tithe is compulsorily 10 percent makes it not free will giving
