how to using the 2nd runway for landing?, i'm already testing for the newer version of this airport but it cant be used for landing using the 2nd runway

Runway 19L is used for Remote stands landings and some take offs. Runway 19C is used for terminal and cargo landings plus cargo take offs. Runway 19R is used for Terminal landings. Runway 30 (The weird one) is used for All other take offs

To use the Second one, which I assume you mean Runway 19R, you need to unlock the full main terminal. I am not sure which side is served by that Runway because I have completed it, but if you unlock all stands, you will get there

It depends on the stands, on particular stands the planes use different runways, for takeoffs too planes use different runways depending on the distance from stands.
