Love the enclosure I have a few things u could add first don’t put only leaves in your turtle house add some mulch in the house and around the pond possibly add some siclids minows and corydoras catfish if your turtles begin to fight over the hide and u don’t want to buy another dog house then buy a plastic tub and cut a hole as a door but awesome enclosure can’t wait for the turtles to be introduced

Ralph Marges Well, not necessarily. The pool they have is far too deep and tortoises can not swim. Don’t have a deep water source and other than that the enclosure is fine

Box turtles have lived around natural lakes with lilies forever, it will not harm them.
