I'm a stay at home mom now (mostly due to covid) and i started working with Arise taking customer calls and it is the BEST decision I ever made. I will NEVER go back to an office. I'm hoping to use that income to save up and buy one of your VA systems so I can really learn from the best 😁

@@tamra2494 Hello. No they do not offer benefits. You would be a 1099 independent contractor providing customer service calls.

@@tamra2494 Yes Arise pays by the hour. There are some companies that are similar such as Liveops but you would be paid by talk minute. So if you go a whole hour and don't get a call you're not getting paid. I have experience with both Arise and Liveops

You're not alone but juggling the two is possible! As a mom, it is highly likely that you have a valuable skillset already to start serving clients. Plus, you can learn new skills as you go. If you can find 5 hours in your week to work on your Virtual Assistance business, you can do it. Rooting for you!

Don't know if you read these anymore, but do you do "internships" to help build esteem? Give work to a worker, curate the quality, and take a cut? I want to experience the work itself, so I could feel confident marketing the work, pricing the work, and knowing what goes into it.

Question: what are your thoughts about becoming a UX/UI Designer and have a remote position in this field, do you think this type of tech job is good for stay at home moms?
