Also, employees gave them the right to do the prank, ALSO, there would not be any ripples that close from the gator if it was an adult or medium sized gator, one more thing, the management not kicking them out of the park and instead trapping them inside and then ripping them off the fence is assault and battery.

As a lawyer, I’d highly suggest you get one.... not only can you get those trespassing warnings voided but I can count 6 different charges you could press on 3 different people.
