Where I live you can go to the mountains in 2 minutes and go to the worlds cleanest river in 7 minutes and that river is world class for salmon and steal head fishing

Just a tip. When the trout hit your indicator, you could have switched to a dry fly which floats. It might have been what they were feeding on.

I have this little trout calendar in my bedroom and after watching the video i checked on the month April and the display fish was the Redband trout. Now i live in coastal BC so they're really rare but in Northern Washington they're really quite common. Apparently they live just on the interior of the coast coming up from California to southern BC. Great catches!!
