Great video of an awesome camping trip! Right now I am at the Mouth of the Tahquamenon camping after a day of recon fishing. I kept 1 coho that was good and turned 1 loose that was older at the beer river. I just watched the fire die down and what do you know here is an awesome video of one of my bucket list spot as well! You rock brother, have a great fall season!

Where you were camped for the nights is one of my all-time favorite spots although it’s getting way over popular now. I also live near Traverse city by Leland. And just like you, going over the Mackinaw bridge always excites me so much. No matter how many hundreds of times I’ve gone over it. Yeah, I go to the UP a lot lol. Just found your channel. Can’t wait to see some more of your Michigan journeys.

I've got a camp in that area where you camped and have always wanted to fish Superior. I usually get pike out of the river itself. Never knew shore fishing was a thing in Superior. Will definitely try it next time I'm up. What's the best times of year to do what you were doing? I'd imagine in the fall. Any other times worth trying? Great video!

Kyle something you would probably use a lot is a Propane Tree. Stands on top of a 20 lb tank. Put lantern on top and then there are two spots to hook propane hoses to it to hook grill, stove or Buddy heater to. We'll worth the investment. I sleep with propane lantern on all night and produces enough heat with out using Buddy heater
