A great way to start is by visiting Daz Smith's Website and taking the time to go through his lessons and videos there. Watch the videos on his youtube channel and see the process in action. Be willing to fail a lot and be wrong a lot as you get started, it is all very counter intuitive at first and trying too hard gets messy. Then on his website he has practice targets you can start to try. Once you understand the methods it's just about doing it and applying it in different ways as you get a feel for how it works. Start learning meditation methods as well because it is similar in mindset. I also offer Life Coaching and Spiritual Guidance on my Patreon if you want to learn my ways.

The whole point of this interview is that you can go follow Daz Smith and watch his 80% average success rate and how it works if you want to learn more. But you are right in that MOST people who claim they remote view actually cannot and have not done the work, they just pretend to sound cool. I agree with you on that. It is known that military awards have been given to Remote Viewers over the years for their critical role in the success of certain missions and the government has spent millions on it's connections with DARPA and augmented technology and telepathy for decades. It is a strange mystery for sure
