As someone who has been in the service for a while, this mandate is quite late because I have been praying for this to happen. I am happy that DepEd has been implementing measures to simplify and streamline paperwork requirements for teachers, reducing the time spent on administrative tasks such as filling out forms, processing documents, and managing records. I am just hoping that this will happen very soon to lessen the burden.

Pakiuna po bigyan ng support staff ang mga small schools. kaunti lang ang guro pero yong ipapasang report ganon pa din kadami ng nasa big schools kaya po yong mga teachers di na makapagturo sa dami po ng coordinatorship na hinahawakan ,na pag humingi ng report ang nasa itaas ,ora orada .kaya imbes na magturo ang guro ang nangyayari, sa paggawa ng report nauubos ang oras niya dahil due kaagad ito.

How about the teachers coaching in sports? because it hinders teacher to remediate less learned pupils because instead of remediating they are on the field coaching athletes.what for?for promotion?if this is one of their requirements for promotion then it doesn't solve the problem to alleviate the reading ability of the pupils.
