remove CS4 converter temperature protection

when to do this:
when works well on 12v car battery, but can work well on home inverter, also tried to clean the excess grease, still can not solve.
like pressure can not pass 3000psi, inverter becomes hot and turn off. There is high temperature protection inside the inverter , factory may did not consider there are some places with hot weather in summer before, you can follow this to cut that black cable .
