You need a shovel or a broom. Something you can just walk along and push them in. Where do they come from ? Say, is all that stuff up on the left moving towards that area you just cleaned up. So it will go over and you'll have to come back and throw all that over the wall. Where's it go to?

Take out some key plants that hold the others and due to the water pressure everything will fall down. Work smarter, no harder.

Water hyacinth, grows in South America and Asia. Not edible, but a terrible pest.

As they tumble and wash downstream, the roots will break up and sink. Much less of a chance to clog. Also, it's being sent in small quantities, so it won't be a 'sudden and massive' influx at once. Ya know?

Oh gosh, they can be removed if you could hold them, instead of throwing these downstream.
