I answer questions like- Are protective styles good for natural hair? are protective styles good for edges? and how to maintain and grow healthy edges in protective styles using my protective style "growth oil" mix of castor oil and rosemary oil for hair growth, and avoiding heavy or tight styles along your edges. This video also explains how to grow 4c hair under wigs with braids, or any protective styles and generally, how to grow 4c hair thicker and longer with protective styling. As you may know, protective styles grew my hair in the past, and they are what I will continue using to grow my hair now. My hair regimen for 4c natural hair growth is very simple- I do a lot of protective styling! What is different though is that I do it without experiencing a lot of breakage. I give hair tips for growing long natural hair and relaxed hair. I go over my hair growth journey and exactly what I did to learn how to grow hair past your growth plateau. While there is really not much you can do to grow your natural hair faster, what you can do is learn how to reduce breakage of natural hair or relaxed hair and how to retain more length!
