I just did this.. It is raining, and I did it sitting in the rain. I felt a contracting tightness at the top of my head, and in my arms that came and went. I do believe it works. I did it and it works. In order to get rid of the bad energy fully you have to keep doing it until it's gone. Took me a month but I feel soo much better and you have to pray for it to work. I experienced the salt moving under my feet it was a very odd experience. I also saw a small dark cloud once, my feet felt cold at the bottom and I had warm water, tingling. I think I experienced everything and more but well worth it I used ice cream salt. that's rock salt they sale that at grocery stores.

I want to try this, something really creepy happened today. My mom saw a man instead of me and described him with clarity. It can be done several times per day, as per the need. If we feel tired, lethargic, unenthusiastic, etc. - these all are symptoms of us being affected by negative energies, it is good to do salt water treatment immediately. Yes - when we are ill, black energy in our body increases. Spiritual healing is important to overcome illnesses where the root cause is spiritual in nature. As it is difficult to realise the spiritual reason responsible for the disease, a patient should continue with the usual prescribed medical treatment along with spiritual remedies. Also if it is destiny of a person to undergo illness, spiritual healing will alleviate some of the symptoms and suffering, but will not cure the illness.

I tried this and started praying. I notice my breath got heavy as if I was heaving "something" and started to cry hard. I didn't understand it and " rode it through". I felt heaviness in my chest but felt funny afterwards( in daze). Then felt actually good like light. Is that normal?

i experienced something very strange. when i put my legs in the bucket , for the first 5 minutes , it was fine. but after 5 mintues , there was a thing going in my head to pull out the legs out of it. but i kept it going. and after 3 more minutes , something from the water started biting one of my leg near ankle. it was not visible at all. although i completed 15 minutes. and when i checked water , there was ni insect or anything that can bite me. so yeah its really shocking and weird

I tried this treatment today in the evening. I did yawn once but one thing which struck me the most odd thing was the constant clammy and wobbly feeling in my legs from my knees down. They felt very weak for quite some time as if I had run a marathon or did something quite strenuous which made my legs feel wobbly. Also I sweated a lot and I don't know whether that was due to the natural humidity of the weather or due to this treatment.
