Bear, I’m a 76 yr old great grandmother, and I just love you. You’re a good boy and I’m proud to call you my friend. You honestly care about people and you’re such a good witness for Jesus. I live in Marion, NC and lived through Helene. I started following you when you were at Camp Miller. Thank you for all you did for the victims. Hope to meet you face to face someday 🙏🏻❤️

70 here in Virginia. I too fell for him when I saw him carrying the Starlink around the mountain with ropes to get some communication going for the people of North Carolina It’s to get help; I sent him $1000 which is an enormous amount to me, but God moved me so much I trusted that Bear would spend the money where it would help the most. Amen. It’s wonderful to see they are still making real GOOD men!

I know it is way different use .. love your ability to put a tree where you want it .. i also like watching Amish Meadows they build log homes and the precision cuts they due with a chainsaw .. on there windows doors even windo trim and drip edge trim .. not a circular saw on sight .. very talented in two mediums with same tool

Ive used my axe to make wedges out of smaller branches in a pinch before, as long as its same or harder density wood it works enough to get you out of a jam

I have been a one man Army, doing tree work lately. Don't have a ground man at the moment. Climbing and rigging down a big Pine Tree next to a house today, alone. So much easier with someone on the ground to at least untie the ropes.

I saw the coolest invention, it's an exoskeleton for tree cutters , in case you get a widow maker . I'm sure they're like 4 thousand bucks. But it's totally Star Wars. I watch a lot of axe channels now, I have to clear some cedars on my new plot on UP Mich. They're not big though. I wonder what that oak is worth at the mill. Red Oak (CT) is now my favorite burner.
