First episode of the Honda Type R FN2 mini-series 'FN2 REAR END REFURB'.
This mini-series will include the following:
Replacing the Rear Beam,
Rear Beam PowerFlex Poly Bushes,
Refurbishing the Rear Brake Calipers,
Installing Braided Lines,
Painting and Undersealing anything I can get my hands on!
Once this mini-series is complete, I will then be doing a similar FN2 FRONT END REFURB so stay tuned for that

For those new to my channel, I try and do as much auto mechanics on my cars as possible. I'm very obviously not a mechanic, I just have an interest in repairing and modifying cars, and track driving.
Currently, my BMW E46 330ci is my track car and my Honda Civic Type R FN2 is my daily. The plan is to modify the FN2 with the aim of getting my racing license and turning the FN2 in to a dedicated amateur race car.
The E46 is very much a budget track build, however I am still trying everything I can to get that Castle Combe Circuit lap time down...

Hi. Great video sir. I have a problem with my rear axle right side wheel. It’s like bent a bit. Wheel alignment is out. Tyre thread gets eaten from inside on rear wheel right side. Is there a way to place the wheel straight. Or do I have to get the rear axle complete change.

Hi, thanks for watching. I know you can get shims of different angles which go between the beam and the hub to alter camber or toe. Do you know if the wear is from excessive camber or toe? I would be worried that your beam is cracked or weakened so it will bend more in time.

@@ModFix thanks for reply. I have looked all the way through for any signs of crack axle. N There’s no signs of cracked axle. I’m not sure of chamber or toe. But the tyre gets wear only from inside. 😌

@@sajjadali1468 No worries 👍 Both camber and toe can wear the inside of the tyre. I guess you could take it for an alignment somewhere, but by the time you've spent money for that and and the shims they'll need to correct it, you possibly could have bought an aftermarket rear beam and fitted it yourself.

I did taken to an laser alignment place. They guy just looked at the rear wheel from a distance and said; wheel is bent might be rear axle. But he wasn’t 💯 sure that it will be rear axle.
