Removing the bad Suzuki GS450 engine from the frame

The engine on the other GS450 that I own is bad and needs to be rebuild. During this I had a major f##k up (as usual) so I had to find an way to rebuild the engine.
In this video you will see how the GS450 engine looks inside!
This GS450 is my winterbuild from a year ago and unfortunately its still not finished. Other projects have come in the way of this. This motorcycle is fitted with the electronic control box by #NWTcycletronic, the #X21 value M.

I usually use a magnet to remove the valve collets.

Thats a good tip. I always think i’ll just grab them… but always end up tipping the engine after a while 😂

Sorry about the engine, will you continue the build? Asking because I was having the same problems and have had trouble finding parts and tips until your videos.

I think this engine was sandblasted and not cleaned very well

That could very well be the case. Im glad i took it out so i can do it properly
