Dr, please help me i did HSG test and it shows all tubes are blocked and the right hand side is blocked with hydrosalpinx, I also have fibroid up to 6cm Dr advised to remove fibroid and both the tubes please looking for second opinion

If you have blocked tubes where there is no exit and only one tube allows water/in but without exit can the tube be unblocked?
