Removing the GEARBOX and doing a CLTUCH change on a 2001 Zen! | Project Zen

Today we are going to service our Project Zen and change the clutch plate and the clutch cable. In order to do so, we have to remove the entire gearbox from the car. With us trying to help, is it all smooth sailing or do we come across a major problem? Watch the entire video to find out!

bro do you have any idea on distributor cap of old carburetor zen, where to get it like aftermarket? or anyone capable of refabricating distributor cap? because I'm pretty sure soon all zen will end up in scrap if not solved... especially mine. please help on this topic

Use 20w50 mineral oil for this zen. Works better and gives good mileage.

Use only W40 or W50 oil on the G10B.

Its hard to get Zen OEM clutch fittings ?I heard maruti discontinued. You could have shown how the clutch plate was fitted.

Not really, surprisingly after the TLC which was long overdue the car worked amazingly! We did change a lot of parts around the engine and the clutch. It needed the interior restoration more than the mechanical repairs.

@@kiranrao1253 the only thing about such cars like zen, maruti 800, etc are as a owner we are ready to spend but parts aren't available. And with passing time car make some rattle sound which are almost not solvable many a times.
