Damn, he did this live at the SGP! They held onto the video till today and that was posted too. Great reaction as usual from a lovely couple. I think your foot problem is recurrent plantar fasciitis. There are simple exercises and stretches to alleviate the pain and hopefully allow the tendons to heal. Read up on that.
