Nice and soft are two different things. Yes, Ren’s the nicest guy in the music industry…but the way he’s fought so hard for life makes him hard as nails. Kujo got schooled - nice don’t mean soft!

Ren met with You Tube's Music CEO and they have reversed the YT strike because it was done illegally by Kujo (silly boy). Ren will be looking for a legal conclusion for the various things behind the scenes. If Kujo has any sense at all he will not say another word (There is a 30 minute video from Ren explaining the whole background/context - well worth a look)

A couple of days or so after this came out, KZbin took down the strike on Sick Boy, and youtube CEO (or something like that) met with Ren to discuss the situation and how to prevent similar situations in the future for all creators.

What Kujo did was straight up extortion using Sick Boi as his leverage. That greedy man threatened to take 100% of the revenue from Sick Boi. I know Ren had to be heartbroken to take Sick Boi off all platforms but it was a genius move. With Sick Boi down there goes Kujo's leverage and his ability to make any money from the song going forward.

I just read his last 4 days of comments from Ren....Damn......terrible news, Lyme's is so freakin brutal and serious and health insurance and doctors dont take it NEARLY serious enough because so many damn symptoms have doctors thinking 100 other things BESIDES Lymes. sigh

You really have to watch the video where Ren breaks down the whole history. It's basically that KujoBeats used a choir sample he didn't pay for and then sold it to Ren as though he owned it. The choir came after KujoBeats and Kujo turned around and tried to get money from Ren - holding Sick Boi hostage. The fact that Ren used a choir in this song... legally... is just an added level of BURN. Happily Ren talked to a head exec at KZbin and got the copyright strike removed and Sick Boi was restored to KZbin, retaining the view count and so on.
