You have to understand, Ren is a musical troll and loves to leave people wondering what the hell some of his lyrics mean. "3 men in a tub...." is just meant to catch your attention, it's wordplay without any real meaning behind it other than to fuck with the listener. Brilliance. He does this in several of his songs.
