I love Ren's music when he raps about Britain. This, Bitter Sweet Symphony, just amazing. So many day to day working class British life references that so many people can relate too. What life here is actually like for millions of people.

He styles his covers and he does it as well as anyone ever has! I listen to all kinds of music and I equate #REN as being as gifted at styling covers as the late, iconic Jerry Lee Lewis and the already legendary, but still very young Angelina Jordan. I will also always be grateful to Ren for introducing me to #CHINCHILLA ! That young lady is FIRE! I haven’t been as excited for new music to drop since I was in high school back in the 1970’s. Animal Flow dropped this afternoon… and he really ups his game this time with the cinematography… and again, it’s all one take! But he said on his Twitch feed this afternoon that it took many, many, many takes to get it right. He chatted with us on Twitch (after the premiere) for about 2 1/2 hours today, played us some tunes… such a great guy. Animal Flow is basically like Animal Farm by George Orwell, with some Clockwork Orange thrown in for good measure…. 😉😀

I find it interesting that people don't also say to check out the original Fat Boy Slim song. Ren has a wide musical vocabulary. He likes to take people's songs and put his own lyrics to them. Everything that is a "retake", he's using another musician's song. But rarely are there mentions of the original bands' and songs he's using like The Verve, Fat Boy Slim or Fisher. Just would also be nice, since he is obviously a fan of the original songs. 😊 thanks 🎉

So glad you're continuing to react to more Ren. Did you hear that Jon Anderson (original singer for YES) is now playing with a band that calls themselves 'The Band Geeks'? They sound almost as good as YES sounded in the 70s. You might want to watch them perform 'Close to the Edge', along with all their other great pieces from the 70s. Let's just say they're way better than the current band that calls themselves YES. Hope you check them out.

It's a 7 year old track that I just found that is a mix of Rap Rock and Techno!!! It is Truly FIRE!!!! "Fire" from Freckled Angel's album! (Also Freckled Angel's... the song about his friend he mentioned at the end of How To Be Me!) Definitely going on my daily playlist!!!
