Yes! It's Bre Petrunko (Бре Петрунко) , a Bulgarian chant, but it sounds a LOT like the Vedic/Sanskrit chant in Ghost in the Shell's opening. Bulgarian is a Slavic language, going back to Proto-Indoeuropean Roots like Vedic/Sanskrit.
