He was misdiagnosed for years. Got the lyme disease, and they told him: it's just in your mind, and they throw meds at him that nearly drove him insane... So that's why they are butchers and pigs... But yeah, Ren does have some lighter tunes, as Monica said, please listen to him do live "I shot the sheriff+road to Zion+Hiphop", you will enjoy beautiful music, and see Ren having fun playing with his friends

Ren songs Hunger-Rap, The illest- Major sic Rap, The Big Push - Marley vibes he hits hard) Chalk outline - shouts against the mental health system. He had a deal with Sony but was bitten by a Tick that have him Lyme disease however, it was misdiagnosed. As a result, he was delayed treatment while it ravaged his body for over 7 years. I believe it was more like 10. He also has an autoimmune disease which is body is fighting itself. The drug said he received trying to fix the problem that did not exist cause psychosis and mental problems. He is currently diagnosed now in Canada receiving medical treatment for his illnesses. And as you see, he is sharing his journey and songs The pig is a representation of the butchers who messed up his mind with the medication from the misdiagnosis. The meds caused him to have a psychotic break. The video in which he stole on the table is a representation of his frustration of them making him sick with drugs that he did not need this happens in his head. He's showing his feelings but he's showing the doctor the required smile. His cure was from an insect bite, a tick Lyme disease which could have been handled had they got the right diagnosis.
