I'm LOVING all you Ren reactions. I've only recently discovered him myself and have such huge admiration for him. I'm in the UK too and feel your pain. I'm quite lucky that I have a wonderful husband so we're a dual house but it still took us 6 years to save up for our first house. It's not easy man but keep going you never know what will come your way and I wish you all the best 💕 on a separate note my very good mate in Wales has a great metal core band called Bleed the Fifth and their song Terra Firma us wicked. I totally understand where you're coming from. I was lucky enough to get on the property ladder a few years ago, but there's no way I would do now, I simply don't earn enough anymore despite having no problem paying my mortgage. The irony of the situation is that I wouldn't be able to afford rent. The rent on a 3 bedroom house similar to mine is almost 50% more than I pay a month. It's absolutely unbelievable. I appreciate your reactions. I'm a recent subscriber, and although I can't help you with that 55k a year, I just want to show my appreciation. Love and peace to you

I know exactly what you mean it is crazy but do think it’s all a plan….. I tried getting a council house to help save for the deposit they said I earn to much and said I must cancel my Netflix subscription and not have a pizza (that I ordered once in 3 months) and then I will fine 🤣🤣 and thank you it is very appreciated

In the US it's the same when it comes to buying houses. Yet apartments where I live (and it's considered low cost area) is $1,200 (depending on neighborhood could be 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom, 3 is around 2,000) for rent and utilities is est around $300. Yea. This is insane.

I'm addicted to reactions to Ren now 😁 Was lucky enough to get a mortgage at 21 and 55 now. Had to lie about wages and my company helped. Mortgage broker was a friend too. Couldn't imagine now with the younger generation trying to get on the ladder with housing. There are still ways like starting a business to get a mortgage but you need to know what's what.
