As a singer you don’t want to sing on a full stomach or eat too heavy of a meal prior to singing. It can restrict your diaphragm and reduce your lung capacity to hold wind and support the notes. Not to mention possible gas, burping etc. She’s on stage for 2 to 3 hours. You don’t want her to have to go number 2 in the middle of performing. 😂
