No idea about other phases. No direct approach through gate no.1&2 if you are coming from bardhaman station. You have to enter through gate no.3. It is very far for phase 2 residents

Very poor design of individual bungalow. for 3 Katha plot bungalow size 45'x 28 ' (approx.) including covered portico. kept open backside having 12'x36', open space . 2 nos. door at back side of 2 bedrooms are open to sky. during rain whole rainwater enters in the bed room. Chaja width over the door is 1' only. it is an example only . there are many more. If the designer contacts me will explain him the mistake. Construction quality is very very poor. Exterior painting has been peeled off next year of hand over the bungalow. This is not only the single case. All most all houses are having same problem. Water proof of roof is horrible. within 3-4 years developed crack and started soaking of rain water inside. While breaking of same for re-construction of water proofing , i was surprised. It took 2-3 hours only to break the PCC. Understand the quality. my contractor also got surprised. He has never seen such bad construction in hih life . Great Shrachi group. You are really great. Terrible quality of constructions of Bungalows in phase 1. Security and maintenance sucks. Nothing of a dream place, trust me. I’m living here since 2012.
