Does this have to change for the translation?, like if you say pesos to a person from the united states they wouldnt know what are you referring to, 2 is just unnecessary and chavo being called just "kid" is kinda weird and also "Chavo" is what defines the brand so that would be weird

Willy Martinez-Arreola comments: They skipped all the jokes because they only make sense in Spanish, This show in English is quite awful, This show was meant to be only in Spanish. Nothing even makes sense in English because the translation is incorrect and in El Chavo there are many Spanish expressions and grammar jokes, that don't make sense in english. for example in this episode in the spanish one el chavo said " hice aguas" which translates " I made waters", but the frase " Hice aguas" in spanish has a double meaning. " Hice aguas" can be used as an Idiom for saying "I peed my pants" but it could also just mean "I made waters". Quico was all grossed out because he thought that chavo peed his pants but chavo was saying that he made Refreshing waters.
