Hey Allan. I was a Renault fan and owner for 9 years after owning a Clio, Fluence and now Megane gt line. With my current situation of bad service, I don't want to hear the name Renault. Everyone at the company does not seem to care about customers. Who can I escalate my problem to because I have been careless for two months now with no courtesy car as promised.

Hi Goodwill, no customer should receive bad treatment and unkept promises. Have you met with the dealer principal at the dealership concerned? Your next call should be to the customer service department at Renault South Africa. I deal mainly with their media department so dont have any direct contacts there. If all else fails, then I suggest that you contact the office of the Motor Industry Ombudsman

MotorMatters Thanks. I,have spoken with the dealership DP with no luck. I also spoke to customer support at Renault SA with no assistance. It's okay, come December I will sell this car and move to another brand. I am done with Renault.
