Beware if you encounter any problem with charging with a Zoe. Reject the car as soon as you can. I have had a nightmare with Renault UK not helping resolve what the problem is and just defending the matter to try to prove that the car is not a problem because they can get it to charge all in one go. At home my Zoe stops charging before it is full. I have had 5 chargers installed by Chargemaster, two cables, 4 earth rods but the problem persists. The only thing that has stayed the same is the car.

Is easy link spend internet mb or it is free? Is easy link need internet connection ?

@nikola it needs an internet connection for updates and real time traffic information and it is delivered free of charge via a built-in SIM card in the Easy-Link Multimedia. The data traffic is provided by a local Mobile Services Operator (depending on the country of location) and is prepaid and active for the warranty period of the car (or at least for the first 3 years of purchase).

@@pavelstastny3310 yes I have this problem now but your dealer just has to activate it... you cant do it yourself which is annoying but yeah at least its only every 3 years.... for me its next month

Just don't update it on any of your new models...my navlink broke on my new Clio RS and I now have no sat nav, music, cameras or sensors...Good job Renault not testing your updates
