Hi I got it from the main dealer. They had one in stock and gave me great price like 50 % off RRP if I recall correctly. Even at that it was still expensive. Might be worth looking in a scrapyard for one

Hi I used a 13mm deep socket and a flexible joint to fit the extension . Most socket set have this. Hope that helps
