Renault Master Van: Freight is an essential service; workers need safety and comfort

One of the biggest increases in freight transport is not nine axle B-doubles going down the Hume highway but catering for smaller deliveries including parcels.
Now that we see people involved in the freight industry as essential workers it is time to focus on the safety and comfort of their working conditions.
April 2020 was a horror month for most of the industry with COVID-19 but sales of the Renault Master van with their latest upgrade were way up compared to last year.
We tested the front-wheel-drive, long wheel-base six-speed manual variant.
It was easy to drive, not noisy inside, and had reasonable safety features.
It proved a hit with friends who had some moving to do.
