I got mine to 230 km/h too (downhill *cough*). Nonetheless, I love this car, quick and versatile. It is so much fun to give BMW-showoffs the finger and demonstrate what a real Coupe is. Reliable too, the engine works flawlessly, I just needed new rear brake disks in my 2008 model.

Meiner hat knapp um die 100 000 km drauf. Hat noch nie Probleme gemacht. Wie sind die Chips so? Hab mal überlegt einen Race Chip einzubauen.

@@adrianseverydaylife7426 die Leistung merkt man schon gut. Es sind bei Elia ca 20 PS mehr. Also nicht übertreiben. Erkundige dich Mal wegen Elia ist spezielle Tuningfirma für Renault. In den Foren liest man auch nur gutes. Mfg

hello so i was looking for a Megane Gt-Line '12. 1.6 130hp petrol. What do you think the fuel consuption is? both in and out of town, thanks.

How's the engine in term of reliability? I couldn't find a lot of information about this engine. The only thing that I know about it is that the code name is F4RT. I am asking because I am planning to buy a wagon, 2010 with the engine and 110k km. It seems to me that only 110km in 10 years is kinda low, don't you think?
@adrianseverydaylife74263 жыл бұрын
It's pretty good. I've never had any trouble with it. And I definitely don't go easy on the car. This one has about 120 k km.

it is a 2.0 l turbocharged engine, Renault pushed it up to 275 hp in the Megane RS. Rock solid

I noticed it depends a lot on the wheels you are using. It is faster with summer tires. I'm using 40 psi (2.7 bar) of pressure. It makes the car pretty stiff and a bit uncomfortable but the acceleration improves. Keep in mind that with higher pressure the stopping distance enhances. My Megane is also lowered, maybe an inch or so. This reduces the aerodynamic force by a small amount.

@@adrianseverydaylife7426 OK but on a track you lose a lot of speed for turn no?better have a lower pressure i think,even you lose a bit of power...
@adrianseverydaylife74263 жыл бұрын
@@31boudu You loose power when the pressure isn't high enough due to the increased friction of the tire. By increasing the pressure your top speed and acceleration get better but your grip will be reduced. For racing and especially cornering a lower pressure is better. When you're not sure what pressure to choose then look up what the manufacturer recommends. The pressure recommended by the manufacturer is a good balance between braking, accelerating and cornering.
