Airbags will work if driver & passenger wear seat belt at the time of accident. Airbag won't open if not fasten seat belts

By looking at the damage it seems car hit a tree or pole or some sharp corner. In such scenario where the impact is localised the airbags don't open. It's usually mentioned in car owner's manual.

How do I believe that seatbelt was buckled up airbag works when seatbelts are buckled up if seatbelts are not buckled up and air bag opens, driver moves forward during the accident.. The impact kills the driver. Hence seatbelt doesn’t open if you don’t buckle up I believe seatbelt was not buckled up after investigation. They will find if seatbelt was buckled up or not. I do not trust this video. I am Renault triber owner, and I trust this vehicle a lot. It doesn’t disappoint.
