Thank you for this helpful video I followed your steps and I fixed my Opel Tigra cabrio temic , I believe that I took it a step further and I did put the reley inside the temic so I used all the existings temic connections (waterproof result) I only have one question my Opel temic is exactly - exactly the same with Renault temics , so do you know or do you believe that if I buy a Renault temic I can use it to my car , because I know from many Opel forums that we have the same problem with Renault and more - and nowhere in the internet you can find our temic Thank you again

Anyone with a soldering iron can build this unit, Wire can be obtained for 7 core trailer cable, auto suppliers crimp type terminal can be used for plug connection and 2.8mm female spades for motor (need opening slightly).

regulator and motor blow easily in megane 2, change 25A fuse to 15A to avoid these issues

Same problem, easy burn out . 2 regulators and 1 motor burned out in short time.

thanks for the nice change that saves money. why did you not put the wires that feed the motor black and red - +, but gray? Does the motor also work with inverted polarity? Thanks

Hi, The motor wires swap polarity (rotation) to go up or down..

Hi is it possible to apply power direct into the temic using a power probe / 12v jumper? And then connect or join 1 or 2 other wires on it to activate the up motion of the window? I have a Renault wind and the whole switch has stopped working (260 quid for a new one that I can't afford right now) so hoping to put 12v (+ and -) direct onto the temic input cables as the motor is too difficult to access directly to put power straight into. Going in, The temic has 2 thick wires in the middle 1 grey 1 beige and 2 smaller wire on either side of these. I don't want to burn the temic out by doing something incorrect. Any help would be great.

Same question because i have a problem with probably a broken wire else where and y pretend activate TEMIC module directly. I do not know if i need to short to ground or positive one o two of the side thinner wires to temic

Where can buy this relay for 1 💷 ? I found for 4 💷 and whit shipping for 12 💷. I dont want to replace whit an other Temic , 2 regulater and 1 motor burned out in short time. Coud the action button the problem in this case? Thanks.

new Temic replacements are available on eBay cheaper than fabricating a relay unit.

Yes, but you will not have operation from roof or global/centre switch. I can repair your original module if you have it.
