“Rendang Jengkol” (Dogfruit Stewed In Coconut Milk and Spices)

1 kg of mature dogfruit (Jengkol)
2-3 tbsp. of Coffe powder
3-4 tbsp. of Cooking oil

GROUND SPICES INGREDIENTS
7-15 pieces of cayenne
15-30 pieces of red chilies
15 cloves of shallots
8 cloves of garlics
8 candlenuts,
1 tbsp. of coriander,
1 tsp. of pepper,
1 tsp. of cumin,
1 tsp. of turmeric powder or 2 cm of fresh turmeric,
1 tsp. of refine salt,
¼ of nutmeg,
2-3 cm of galangal,
2 cm of ginger,
2 sticks of lemongrass, take the white part.

2-3 of Kaffir lime leaves
2-3 of bay leaves
1 tbsp. of granulated sugar
1 tsp. of Chicken or Cow broth powder
