Rendering Lard - Shelf Stable

In this video I show you two ways to render down lard. One on the stove one in the crock pot. I dry render all my animal fats and open kettle can them to be shelf stable.

Awww thanks! I got one for me and one for each of my girls from our local Peavy Mart (use to be TSC) here in Canada. But this was about two years ago now. If you were local I would happily suggest someone who could make them for you. maybe looking locally and seeing if there is someone who can make them in your area.
