I listened to solar storm and universal chaos many times, but conclusion 1 and 2 is my favorite tracks from both, so i was looking for a live performance of it. this older version is pretty cool to see. I definitely like the tweaks that made it onto the album. makes the song a bit more accessible and stronger vocal lines and composition. Looking forward to see more from this band! Every aspect of 3:18 - 3:36 screams Dream Theater to me. Weird heavy riffage with keyboard following the guitars and the drums playing straight 4/4. Thin tenor voice contrasting with the heaviness of the instrumentation. Then the drummer changing to 3-3-3-3 subdivision near the end of the section. Normally, I'd hate this, but it kinda works here.
