His speeches were written by speechwriters ....I voted Noynoy but he was a lackluster legislator according to Biazon.He was not serving the Filipinos well.The economy soared in 2010 but that was because of Gloria not his efforts...He was not so serious with his job...just playing DOTA in the midst of typhoon Ondoy ..SAF44 masacre...Luneta hostage crisis...

Typhoon ondoy was 2009, he was elected in 2010. Get your facts straight, and that was Pnoy's efforts not Gloria's
