I am taking a Humanities Course and my first paper was about Descartes' Discourse on Method IV...I read this several times and still had difficulty understanding the concepts. I am putting together a course on Sun Tzu (and a generalized approach to strategic thinking) and got wondering if Descartes' description of method might help clarify Sun Tzu's notion of method. I can certainly say that meditation can clear your mind and dont have to be dependant on mobile phone or any of that stuff, maybe it helps but in long term what does that bring to us .
