His actions are embarrassing and indicative of someone who has to pay people money to be his "friends." Moreover, there's clearly some shady notions coming from Tony's inability to be a leader. His inability to delegate is one of the main reasons as to why he is starting to crack. Hence, recent outbursts. This is why some people should seriously shut off their social media accounts for a long time. At this point, TK acts like a puppet CEO more than anything. He should also be more worried about managing the future of his company than arguing with random people online, this is so ridiculous and this is coming from someone who watches AEW sometimes and has bought some of their merchandise. You know your company is struggling hard when your backstage and online drama are more interesting to wrestling fans than the actual product itself.

I agree with you. And Twitter could still be a good source of promotion. But as owner of the company; get off Twitter yourself. And put a good PR team on it. They can distance themselves from personal attacks and use the hype it creates to make AEW trend more. Also the company's inner structure seems a very interpersonal one. That could work, ofcourse, if you want to create a safe and pleasant working environment. But I think it's fair to say that it's not helping TK or the working environment at the moment. Because of the exact same backstage drama you've just mentioned. Maybe it's time to distance himself more from the wrestlers and the EVPs. And to implement a level of organizational structure in between him and the locker room. I think by doing this he creates a better situation for himself and the company. As it makes things less personal and more business orientated.

I've said it in other wrestling-related videos that TK should invest in a responsible PR Manager so that he wouldn't look so foolish like this and at the same time promote good will towards the fans too. The way I see it is that TK acts more of a wrestling fan & a promoter than being a responsible owner and that's why a lot of people like me steadily lose respect for him since he's also tone-deaf (calling AEW a safe place for wrestling while fans are aware of their backstage drama & CM Punk and his opponents' antics that led the former to getting fired from AEW) and lacks a spine - not stopping the media scrum when CM Punk continuously cut him off already told me enough that TK's just a CEO-in-name only. It's so rare to interact with a wrestling fan nowadays without calling each other names or sending death threats all because of a scripted sport. I blame that on the IWC in general.
