I purchased a rebounder over a year ago after hearing the great lecture from Barbara O’Neill about the benefits of rebounding. I have several videos saved in my KZbin app of rebounding workouts, but yours is the only one that gets my heart rate into zone two which for me is 132 to 142. I really enjoy doing your videos. I’m also a faithful Peloton app user. I don’t own their equipment, but use their app for many years now. I was hoping that they would incorporate a rebounder workout. You should apply to become a peloton rebounder instructor. You have a very positive energy Like the other Peloton instructors. Best of luck to you in your future endeavors in the fitness space.

I decided to commit to these circuits every day and I only do a 10 minute increment at a time. Some days I pause it and go back to complete multiple rounds of 10 minutes circuits but mostly I committed to only 10 minutes per day. I was at 140 pounds for over 5 years and not even keto would get me down to my healthy weight of 130. After 6 weeks of Renees workout I am 130 and it was so easy. Aside from her workout I continued to eat healthy, did a slight calorie deficit and increased my protein.

Renee I'm SO sad -I'm benched from doing your bounce videos right now. I injured myself working out (not on the rebounder) and I can't do any jumping or bouncing or high impact stuff. I'm so upset! I feel like I'll never be able to do those things again. Has this ever happened to you :(

Awe I'm so sorry. Take care of yourself you will be back in no time, feeling better than ever. Yes, I have had to take time off from time to time. I had foot surgery and had to take several weeks off, it was difficult, but I knew rest was best. Focus on what you can do, maybe some of my resistance workouts that are done completely on floor? Just see what feels good and listen to your body. Let me know if you need anything I am always here to help.
