My favorite FMA character was Alex Armstrong just because of how human the guy was. He wasn't afraid to show him emotions to others. He took pride in his body but not to the point of shaming or belittling others. He also managed to have a super positive and wholesome personality despite his dark past. He tried to inspire the best in others and protect others both those close to him and those unknown to him.(He was also super funny)

You'll be surprised by how many people still talk about Ouran Host Club. A lot of girls I talked to say it was their first anime. I saw it a couple years ago and it was actually really funny. And the dub was pretty good too.

Yeah, I could never get into it, even though I am a big reverse harem fan. I think it was the animation style, I just didn't like it all that much. But I do respect it a lot. I know the manga wasn't done when the anime finished. I think the manga is done now, but I am not 100% sure.

@@Zodia195 It, Fullmetal 03 and Soul Eater were all animated before their manga was completed. Ouran had the least drastic of endings compared to those. At least Brotherhood was made to fix the former.

I will be honest. One of my first crushes was Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho. And it started because I thought he was a girl (The spanish voice on Spain sounded not so male). And when I found he was a boy... I discovered my bisexual side. It was the first time I saw a pretty boy. Wasn't Kaiba partially at fault for the Yubel situation in season 3 of GX? Yubel wouldn't have become so powerful if she wasn't sent to space, though tbh he's also partially responsible for the Neo-spacians being made as they were Jaden's handmade cards for the competition that Kaiba made to send handmade cards into space to try and teach possible aliens to duel

I can't really remember any of my childhood celebrity crushes, but I remember Cleo from "Heathcliff and the Catillac Cats", Yukino from "Kare Kano"/"His and Her Circumstances", Fuu from "Magic Knight Rayearth", Lou from "Battle Angel", the female wizard from Dragon Quest 3, adult Rydia from Final Fantasy 4, and Celes from Final Fantasy 6. Thing is a like Epilogue chapter of Death Note made after the end of the Manga sort of says that humans that use the death note lose their memories and become Shinigami, as the chapter follows one that's implied to be Light

i didn't really have a lot of childhood crushes that weren't people i knew personally as a kid, but the one that sticks out the most in my mind is the MASSIVE, *MASSIVE* crush i had on May from the Hoenn series of the anime. the crush has long since faded as i grew older but i think it has my brain still a bit skewed towards her as whenever i play a Gen 3 game i tend to pick the girl option over the guy because of the two choices, she's the one i find as the "canon" option as May's dad was Norman in the anime and because of that crush
