I had two of the finest friends that were twins and they both were DJ’s in Detroit down by the Ambassador bridge back in the day. They made me a mix tape with this song on it and they mixed Sasa’s when the time is right into the end and I loved it so much I warped the tape. I looked for this song and Sasa’s amazing vocals and I finally found them both on here. Thank you so much for bringing back some of the best memories of my life with people who have since passed away. ❤

Just like the film Scarface, an unforgettable ride through the moody goings on with Tony Montana where the vocal dynamic carries it's melancholy weight with audible charm as you lose yourself in the dark that was Clink Street in 88'. Seemingly attracting the unsavoury types that would loiter clinks blue door as a gathering of the usual suspects paced outside where the magnetism and charm of this track compelled them to come inside and have a gander at a new wave of dance where punters would dance in excrutiating heat whilst trying to light up a spliff to no avail because of the dampness in the air, lighters would not spark. Once inside the moody boys scanned the groove, pilled up and bam, it's most definitely the best love in this side of London Bridge. Hands in the air as you trip to the rhythm of this tune while that strobe hypnotises you into another side of dance. Amol nitrate added with a candy flip, this tune indeed was the pilot that literally flew you around the dance floor and not wanting the track to land not too soon as you willed this tune to play forever in your mind...That's how powerful this track was in 88' at Rip at Clink street. Get On One Matey?...Absolutely! :)

Loved the way you described the way this track propelled you around the dance floor, that's exactly what it did because the rhythm made it such a danceable tune. Although obviously different Stakker's Humanoid had a relatively similar effect on the floor. I've still got the smell of Amyl nitrate in my nose and can feel the condensation dripping from the old crittle windows in the place. (Clink Street)Thanks Tam for taking me back there, a place ingrained in the memory forever. Get right on one matey !
