tonight I received very bad news about my husband, and I was trying to solve the issue by reading legal articles to clear up my mind about solutions. I think most of people on this channel don't know where these words coming from. It's coming from Sikh scriptures which (Sikhisim) is totaly a different religion from hinduisim but I think most of us assuming that these words from hindu scriptures which makes us say Namastey. I like also namaste but I just wanted to clear this out because most of mantras on this channel are taken from sikh holy book but the author of the video doesn't write it explicitly. BTW sikhs usually call them shabads not mantras. Waheguru :-)

However, he strongly objected to certain practices like sati (where widows burnt themselves when their husbands died) besides other superstitious practices. When He reappeared from the river when people actually thought he had perished, Baba Nanak Dev ji said these words: Na koi Hindu, Na Musalmaan. Which means, there is no Hindu or Muslim, All should be treated alike. Guru Gobind Singh ji our 10th guru, said the same, That there was one Human race.🙏🏻🙏🏻

Ramn S, our Sikh religion is based on the teachings of both hinduism & Islam. It is also been considered Sufi. Our first guru was a Hindu rajput. As Muslim leaders became more violent, a lot of Hindus were unhappy with the overtly strict Hindu teachings that were inhibiting people at the time & same with Islam. The words of both Islam & hinduism are written & spoken in the Guru Granth sahib. First mool mantar has the word OM in it. Ik onkar. That is why Guru Nanak had a Muslim & Hindu chela sitting beside him. Fareed baba ji wrote so many amazing words in our guru Granth sahib as did bhai mardhana. That is why I love sikhism, it is a derivative of both religions. One was before christ, 5600 yrs old; the other after. Also derived from Christianity/Judaism and local traditions. That is why it says in the Guru Granth sahib "ram, Rahim, Koran, puran". Can't believe in just the one religious. Cause we are all. Learnt this here in California USA when I used to go to Punjabi school.

Harpreet Singh Well I've been evolving my meditation first by vocalizations using the 7 vowels ( I.e. VERB/ WORD) also known as " seed sounds" for about 8 months now. Every day all day when I wake , when I'm driving. When I'm cooking , really when ever, then I finish my evening at a local park watching the sunset singing, chanting the seeds...I stated utilizing,medatative minds mantras a few months ago. So I just incorporate them with the seven seed sounds . But I also play them in the car while driving, or on my Bluetooth when I'm doing yard work, gardening, or house chores and just sing along... And I go to sleep with them look for videos o With play lists and turn on the auto play... I usually fall asleep to the " sa ta na ma " transformation mantra and just let the play list go through , I believe our astral body still hears the mantra while our physical body is resting . Now it really has become second nature ... I always am singing one mantra or another in my head no matter where I am or what I'm doing. The keys is to not waste the day on t.v. or f.b. or look for excuses not to meditate . I feel I have a long road ahead of me still but I am well...... Always meditating on mantras now. Like I'm in a state of mantram meditation consistantly. It has taken much practice and much patience,. Mantras work well just singimg them silently in your head , or listening to the videos , but when you yourself vocalize the seed sounds ( I.e. the VERB/WORD) thats really when the worlds open up and rearrange the very atoms of our surroundings our whole atmosphere changes .. And ppl around you can perceive it.... They just dont know what there perceiving or why they feel the way the feel. My last advice from my own experience is to understand before healing comes through these mantras . I first felt the pain. The shame of my past, the curse of my ego . the pride of that infernal( ME)!! Then i faced each ego , each me . every myself and called on my mother ( prakriti ) and envisioned her usimg her lance and power to kill unto dust those parts of me that I thought I was.... And with consistent persistence my mother prakriti is eradicating my ego( my I) my Satan.. And I am closer to self - realization. Of my being. My buddachitta then I have ever know was even possible . If you are serious about awakening. To self realization who is not us but is only the father- mother, and Christ. (Krishnaya). For we are only vessels for them . Or Brama, VISHNU. Shiva. ( father/son/holy spirit ). If you are serious , they will be also serious in awakening themsleves in you. Think of yourself as a garden , and God being planted I'm this garden . If you till the ground. Water and weed this garden , taking care to keep the pests away from the seed... God will manifest in your soil . your earth , god is the army of the voice amd that is why it is called seed sounds , God is that seed . lookimg for good ground to bare good fruit . . Namaste brother

Yes, thats true. Have to dedicate yourself to this. We often get stuck in maya(material realm) and distracted by it. As you said tv and fb consume our time, instead we should invest time into more meditation. Theres a voice from within that always says.. "hey meditate" but we ignore it. This is my weakness. I waste precious time.. time becomes limited when in the material realm. I have beautiful spiritual experiences when im consistent but then i fall off. On for a bit then off then regret then back on.. lol. Thank you for the kind words dear brother, I need to work on discipline.

The soul is missing the super soul. But we are not aware of it. When we meditate we experience the longing. In Sikhi we are told to connect back with the One using whatever Name anyone has for The One.. Sikhs are given the Name Waheguru (can simply be Oh Great Enlightener).
