Aaron, I have a 97 robodrill I can't get the spindle orientation to line up with the tool changer. Any ideas how to get spindle orientation changed?

Hi Nick, Unfortunately, lining up the tool carousel with the spindle is outside of my realm of expertise. I do apologize. My guess is that there is something mechanical that can be loosened on the Carousel and then realign and retightened and with a spindle. We use muruka USA for service questions on our Robos. Good luck and thankyou for watching

Ive dialed and setup the new tool presetter, we have a reference tool to calibrate. But everytime i try to run the program the code gets stuck at the M20 to turn the probe on. New batteries are inside the setter. Any suggestions?

So I ran into the same problem. the probe is already turned on for some reason. I would look up the in code for turning the probe off. Run that code in MDI and then simply run your program again.

I believe M107 is on, and M108 is off. Whenever you type in the right code for off you should see the light blink red on the toolprobe and whenever you turn on the right code for on you should see the green light
