Nice condo, perfect in size and location , had everything.. I like view Talay1 because is a very chatty and mixed community there. Which shops and restaurants down the building, and great swimming pool. Thanks for share with us.

Hey!! Stayed there twice! Most recently february. Wonderful pool! Laundry, massage (legit), taxi svc to BKK, convenience stores with good stock!!!, very nice staff, security, housekeeping.... And AFFORDABLE! ..... Did I mention 3 minutes from Pattaya Beach... Two minutes from Central Mall!!!!

This place was made for Americans! Ceiling fans(the kind we all grew up with), an oven, and a washing machine. But, most importantly, drink holders built into the couch!

I actually have rented this unit,, 20000 is a little high, but have rented all around pattaya and jomtein, this unit is large and close to everything, catch a truck right outside the gate, no street noises with sliding doors closed. I’m happy with it.

I stayed in view talay 1b in January the building is a little scruffy and the side you showed by the road is noisy from the traffic.If you were going to rent or buy in this condo I would suggest the pool side a lot quieter.

Generally you will get the best price on a 1 year contract. Prices go up incrementally as your term goes down.

Wow, that's an excellent renovation job 😮. My wife and I will be looking for an annual 3-month lease (mid-June to mid-Sept, 2-month tourist e-visa on French passport, long-weekend "visa run", then back-in 1-month visa waiver on UK passport). One-bedroom modern or renovated, seaview a must Pratumnak (not top of the hill) or Jomtien. Budget 20k max. p/m. (from 2027 after she retires). Doable? Low season, low prices?

Rent is too high. 12 months rent should be 5% of the value of the property. This condo should be 12,000 thb per month. I wouldn't pay more than 15,000 which would be a 6% return.
