This house turned out amazing! I am super excited for you to do sandbox mode! The roof is not so bad in sandbox, because you are able to resize it, move it and so on. as many times as you need. GiGiGames has a Fantastic 20ish min video on the sandbox mode tools, and how to use them, that might help you out a bit (It made my sandbox career a whole lot easier and way more creative). Anyway, I love your videos and am looking forward to what comes next! Cheers

You'll love sandbox mode, much easier to build with and the roofs are way easier than the regular game roofs.

I know am late to this and changes won't be done. But for the laundry room I would of put a dog shower, there fitting for modern homes and if you don't have a dog there low enough to the ground you can clean your boots.

Why would you have a garden under the steps?

You'll see it alot in modern homes. They like to bring in the outside to somewhere in the house. I've done it under landings several times.
