(Renovating an old Japanese house 5) Without any loans I am building my dream home

I lived in a traditional Japanese farm house in Santa Cruz, California. The couple who built it were very involved in the Japanese culture. Living in it was very interesting especially because it was surrounded by Redwood trees. Art classes from the community college used to come out and sit around the grounds and draw/paint the house and vegetation.🙏

My mother in law lived in Watsonville and is familiar with the area. It is a beautiful area to have a Japanese house.

I love watching this but i do skip a lot because your wearing the camera it moves a lot and i have motions sickness 😅.. Possible if make it stationary using a tripod?
