I love these houses you've been doing up. I feel like most are so beige and white and not that special. Your houses are lovely and the tenants will be very lucky to be in such lovely homes that people can't do all this stuff to usually!

Hi Lucy! Is this the current home you guys live in & renovating or another project house? Somehow I thought your kitchen was larger. Yes removing wallpaper is an absolute pain. I have no idea if this is possible or worth it but could you not make the window area slightly smaller in the bathroom? Once the wall is out you will technically have 2 windows in the bathroom so light shouldn’t be a problem. And then you will create a bit more space above the sink for a mirror etc?

Love the hues of navy and blues, it is going to look really smart. I love T&G wall panelling and built in shelving either side of fireplaces it looks so smart and to be fair is only one idea. It just shows how many USA house flipping shows i watch! You guys are in your element, its going to look amazing i cannot wait to see more 😃

Light grout is pretty but not practical. It gets dirty and discolors too easily.
